These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of promptaur.com (“Site”), including WordPress AI plugins published under the Promptaur brand (Site Manager Pro, Agentic Optimization Pro, and Site Manager Server), the portfolio tool at portfolio.promptaur.com, and the Turnkey OAuth relay at server.promptaur.com (collectively, “Services”). The Services are operated by VideoWhisper.

The free plugins (VideoWhisper Site Manager and VideoWhisper Agentic Optimization) are distributed under the GNU General Public License v2 (GPLv2) or later, as required by WordPress.org. You may use, modify, and redistribute these plugins in accordance with the GPLv2.

The Pro plugins (Site Manager Pro, Agentic Optimization Pro, Site Manager Server) are proprietary software provided for use per the plan you purchase. A Promptaur Pro WP subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to install and use the Pro plugins on 1 WordPress site for the subscription period. A Promptaur Agency WP subscription grants the same for up to 10 WordPress sites plus 1 server install. Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of Pro plugins is not permitted without our written consent.

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact us. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable. Refunds are not available for renewals except where required by applicable law.

The plugins connect your WordPress site to AI services operated by third parties (Anthropic’s Claude, OpenAI’s ChatGPT / Codex, and others). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. Promptaur and VideoWhisper are not responsible for the outputs, accuracy, or availability of third-party AI services. You remain responsible for all content created on your WordPress site through AI tools.

You agree not to use the Services to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) infringe intellectual property rights of any party; (c) transmit malware, spam, or harmful content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or service; (e) build a competing plugin, relay service, or OAuth server product using our Services without our written consent.

The Turnkey OAuth relay at server.promptaur.com is provided as a beta service without any uptime guarantee. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the relay at any time. Pro plugin downloads and automated updates are available for the duration of your active subscription. Service at server.promptaur.com has additional Terms of Use, Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIDEOWHISPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APPLICABLE SUBSCRIPTION IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
